I Did Not Receive An Email Confirmation- What Should I Do?

  • If for some reason you did not receive a confirmation receipt, visit www.getaroom.com, log into your account and click on the Reservations tab at the top of the page.
  • Input the first name, last name and confirmation code beggining with "R" associated with your reservation. 
  • From here, you can either view, print or resend your confirmation receipt to a designated email address.
