The hotel has double billed my credit card for my prepaid reservation with Getaroom.com.

  • With your reservation being prepaid with Getaroom.com, the hotel should not charge you again upon arrival for room and taxes.  
  • Please accept our apologies if this has occurred. For assistance with this, please submit a request form at this link: service request link and include your reservation number, the amount in which the hotel charged you directly and attach a copy of the receipt from the hotel or your credit card statement showing the double charge.
  • One of our customer care representatives will open a case for you and update you with the resolution.
